I used to like writing. I used to live for writing. I used to not speak because I just wanted to go home and write. Otherwise, I would be writing on the go. I hated to speak. I did not feel the need to.

I then became a host and now speak for a living. As time has gone by, I still want to write and write and write – which I still use in my defense as to why I am sometimes, or more than likely quiet in social situations, but yes, have not been. I have found myself wasting time doing things like thinking about writing or being frustrated because I do not know how to express myself.

What about you guys? How many of you express yourselves better through writing? Or would you rather talk it out? Honestly, I think that social interaction is extremely important, but if you are like me, and speaking your feelings would make you sound like a very boring literature book, then you write.

Having trouble emoting, and also, being not that great a dancer, I’ll just keep on writing through this life. THANK GOD FOR SPELL CHECK.

Hello!!! That’s it, guys! The final task! I asked the boys of Simple Plan to give me their 5 best cures for jet lag and never did I think that Simple Plan have such awesome cures! Should I try them sometime? Well, I don’t know! Maybe you can decide!

Meet All Time Low, one of my favorite bands at the moment. But that’s not cause they have my name in my song! That’d just be biased.

Anyways, these guys who drive 13-year-old girls craaaazzzyy were recently in town for a gig in Singapore, and 21-year-old me got to meet them! Check out what we talked about in this short interview!

I am in Malaysia so much, I think I am just as Malaysian as I am Singaporean! Citizen of the world. So I was back there over the weekend because Twisties was doing talent search called Twisties Superstarz Search.

Awkward. It is one of my favorite shows. Mainly because I can relate to it. I can really, really, really relate to it. Growing up I was, and I am still not, the Hot Girl. Maybe I am kind of cool. For instance, I’m really good at dramatic poetry and I get to meet cool bands at work, but I am in no way the hot Megan Fox kind of girl. I’ve never made the cut for cheerleader and I’ll never be an extra in a Kanye West music video. And there’s nothing wrong with that. Watching Awkward. just made me feel really happy about being me.

Hey guys! Whatsup? Wow can you believe it? We are alreaaaady at task 4. Crazy fast. Well the boys are definitely multi, multi-talented (which might describe why they are rockstars) and it gets even better! Check as the boys rock it with their bodies and do what boybands live to do. Dance!

Backstreet Boys, Westlife, a1, Linkin Park – I have always wanted to meet a boy band. Okay well, maybe Linkin Park play some of the heavier stuff, but that’s besides the point. When boy bands were at their peak, I was very little and still not yet an MTV VJ. Watching the boys from television was all I got. I listened to The Wanted – a boy band making waves in today’s music and felt the comforts of what it was like when guys still were not just all about the rock. I, of course, like every other girl melted a little bit and their music brought some refreshment. I then got a chance to meet the boys when they were in town recently for a showcase & autograph session, and here’s what we got up to!

So ever since I started working at MTV, I have been here in Singapore (and well around the region here and there), and haven’t seen my family since then. I got to meet lots of great people, do many things I’ve always wanted to, but something was missing. No manicure and/or donuts could make me feel complete. After World Stage, I figured I should maybe take a break and I did! I got a week off to see my family in Los Angeles.
