So, how good was Taylor Swift?

I’ve never been a fanatic but her concert was something. Utt and I were down to shoot MTV seen. By the end of the shoot we were knackered and decided that we’d stay “just for a little bit”. There were 8 year olds and 9 year olds and 7 year old little girls crying because they a.) wanted to be like Taylor, b.) wanted to meet Taylor, c.) just broke up with the boy at the playground. They were screaming and my ears were in pain before the concert had started.

Utt and I walked into the stadium and Ohmygoodness, it was amazing. The lights and the stage were set up beautifully and the energy from the crowed moved me like, no other concert I have attended has. I have not attended many so I guess that this was a good start. I started screaming and running and screaming which made Utt start to scream and run and jump along with me. We looked slightly mental but hey! We WERE at a concert, no?

She started to sing and the first song was “Speak Now”. It was the first time I had heard it and I liked it from the first line. She then played “You Belong To Me” and “Fifteen.” Those songs were my exercise jam at some point! Yeah! I jogged on the spot. Utt followed. I felt like Simon in Simon says.

Utt and I had amazing seats. We were so close to Taylor. She looked amazing in person. I wanted to jump on her just because I want to be in close proximity to fame. Just kidding. That might have come out wrong. However, if I were to rate the concert on a 1-10 scale, I would give it a 9. I enjoy her music, but from a totally non-biased point of view, her stage presence and vocal range were perfect. She also had so much energy and enthusiasm. Which definitely won me over.

It got me SO pumped. I wonder when her next concert is?
